Community Service

In its 28-years of providing free healthcare, His Hands Free Clinic has grown both in size and services to meet the needs of the community. One thing that hasn’t changed is the clinic’s mission to bring glory to God by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those without adequate resources. His Hands provides hope and health to the uninsured and the underinsured, treating all patients with care, dignity, and respect regardless of patient religious beliefs. What started as a challenge at a medical conference to ‘care for the poor in your community’, has grown into a clinic of rotating volunteer medical professionals who work alongside a small staff dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable in our society. In 2019, His Hands served 1,165 individuals with nearly 3,700 visits. According to Clinic staff and volunteers, “Working at His Hands isn’t a job. It’s a mission.”
